basically when I went to put it on after taking the original grill out the middle part where the emblem support is blocks it an keeps it from moving back ill probably have to modify it just looking for any one that has had this...

Any one know any nice fit grills post a website please......

 

Well for starters there was never a type R fit so there is no such thing as a type R grille for the Fit. That grille looks to be a mugen rep. Installing it is as easy as removing the old grille. Two screws and some tabs. Then installing the new grille with double sided tape

 

yeah I should of figured buying something cheap like this was going to fit like crap tried once more to put it in dose not line up at all near the original grille even modified it like the original and it wasn't going to sit right with out seriously gluing it down to the frame not worth gluing the shit out of ha I do not recommend this to anyone... to me its a cheap product trying to make a quick buck ,thanks for the advise anyway mnfit

 

Be aware, the US cars and the ROW (Rest of World) had different front ends. Reference the yellow car at the top of each Forum page...

THAT could be why the one you bought doesn't "fit" too well!
