Idle lowers when I stop

Idle lowers when I stop
I noticed on my 1.3 that when I come to a stop the RPM.s drop down to about 600rpms engine slightly vibrates then it restabilizes back to 900prms. Are there any suggestions on how to correct this? Thanks
