as above. I can either

1. Get an extra long wire to run from front cigarette outlet to the rear.
2. is there any way to tap from any of the wires from the rear?

Anyone has any suggestion or you have similar experiences, please share.

 

You are talking about a backup camera correct?

Most says reverse lights dIY on a Civic.

Not a reverse camera, but a dash camera which record road incidents and such.

Jeuda, I too am considering a rear-facing dash cam... Did you discover any places to access power in the trunk?
