Should be legit. My Spoon bar doesn't have any markings of "Spoon" anywhere on it. AFAIK, there are no fake or replicas of this kind of bar for our cars.

^^ I have not seen any replica's of that bar either but for some reason the end plates look different than what I have. Mine doesnt have and spoon markings, they sent me a black sticker when I ordered it.
