Following advice on Fit Freaks, I got the locking gas cap intended for the Element. Works great; and I had it re-keyed to car's key. Only problem is the car was totaled. Can I get the lock re-keyed for the replacement car? (Nobody knows how to open/disassemble the lock--can it be opened/disassembled?)
