This just started to happen about 3 trips ago...

When I come to a stop, about 3-5MPH right before you stop completely there is a squeaking noise like a loose belt or something(like a squeak or chirping). It sounds like it's from the left (driver-side) front. But then when you come to a stop 0MPH is goes away. This noise only happens right before you stop. So you will be on the brake and no noise till 5-0MPH.



I will try and get the noise with my phone if I have time.

 

Forgive me if you've already thought of this but sometimes when my car is coming to a stop, the brake makes a squealing noise.
I heard it could be time to replace brake pads then. Other than that, check your belts under the hood, could be the AC like my old Volvo's.

 

The brakes and pads were replaced about 7 or 8 months ago...To me it sounds like belt noise, but why would it make noise only when stopping and not all the time?

 

Honda brakes or Autozone brakes?

 

they are from rockauto, and today the noise happened when I took off from a stop for a little...but now the noise is gone...maybe it was from it being very cold?
