Screeching noise on front right wheel area

So today i noticed that my GD3 2008 honda fit make screeching noise ( like someone is dragging metal underneath my car ) on the right front wheel area.

Not sure when it actually happen ( my friend noticed it last week but i though he was fucking with me since i couldn't replicating it ). Today after braking hard on the autobahn ( at around 70 mph, to the point where i can feel the ABS kick in ) and as i was driving up the side of a mountain through a winding road, i noticed the screeching noise. The noise doesn't seem to be there when i'm driving fast, only on around 1st or 2nd gear.

After some google-ing, i did the following step.

1. Remove the front right wheel and check for stuck rock behind the brake caliper ( the little metal shield behind the brake rotor ). I do noticed rust on the caliper.
2. topping brake fluid.
3. put it in reverse and reverse it hard.
4. go over a speed bump hard
5. hard braking to the point where i can feel the Anti-lock kick in.

after some further troubleshooting, these are the following things that i did and what i think cause the screeching sound.

1. if i drive around in a left circle, the noise doesn't seem to happen. Only on right turn or sometime randomly as i'm driving straight ( again only at low speed)
2. If i tap the brake slightly, the screeching noise go away.
3. Car doesn't pull to the right at all if i let my hand off the wheel ( at both slow or high speed )
4. I have my friend stepping on the gas while the engine is in neutral, i put my ear right next to the engine and i don't hear any screeching noise.

What the f*** is going on ? i just bought the car used a few weeks back ( according to the owner, she hasn't change anything yet beside oil and transmission fluid.

I didn't check the brake pads ( i'm fairly new to owning/maintaining my own car ).
Now that i think about it, the brake pads probably needs a new replacement.

She didn't. The brake pads is worn down to about 1/5 off what the new one is. Changed it and the noise went away. It brake in an amazingly shorter distance too.
