Blinking "D" on transmission

Hi. I've got a problem with my Honda Fit GD1. While I was driving, I noticed that the car doesn't accelerate that much when I step on the gas pedal and I saw the "D" on my panel, is blinking. I had to restart my car to drive away from the traffic.

PS: I just got my engine washed with high pressure water before the incident happened. I didn't know that it's not recommended.

I don't know what to do next as I don't have knowledge in cars. Help me guys please.

Actual Video of my Dashboard Panel.

I got my computer scanned and the results were:

P8618 Mainshaft Speed Sensor Malfunction but I doubt it's the exact problem. Anyone who got the same problem as I did?
