Check engine light on, no code from OBD2 scan, now what?

I used Torque to check the codes and do a full readout on the engine parameters. No codes but a few of the parameters were out of whack. Any suggestions for where to start?

Car seems to run fine for a car with 103k miles on it. I did the valve regap two weeks ago but not much else recently.

I did a code clear but the light stayed on. Any chance this si an indication that it's time to change the coolant?

The manual says there is but it might be a B4 rather than the engine light.v it's supposed to come on around 120k miles

The light went out. I'm guessing one of our drivers didn't get the gas cap on all the way.

Once I forgot to reconnect the IAT sensor on my CR-V after cleaning the throttle body. I couldn't turn off the CEL. (But the code went away) It finally extinguished on it's own after a number of drive cycles.
