Hey guys, I could use some help.. never had this issue on prior vehicles but for some reason when I lower the car off my lift and onto the ground the front does this..

 

This happened to my integra once..not sure if it applies to fits but theres a washer thats right above the bump stop on the shock. That washer needs to be there so the shock doesnt shoot through the shock tower. Just google "integra bump stop washer". Make sure u have that. Just read this article. Hope this solves ur problem.
