Misfire P1351 & P1353 code, engine intermittent hesitation

Misfire P1351 & P1353 code, engine intermittent hesitation
Does anybody know, coil pack fault if this code appear? Which cylinder?

P1351 - Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage
P1353 - IC Output High/Pulse Detected when GND_Cyl. 3

Signal line of the coil #3 cylinder is getting power shorted to the signal line. swap coils 2 and 3 and see if the the code follows defective coil.(will indicate cylinder 2 now)
