Brake lights not working

2008 FS My brake lights don't seem to work. Thought it was the bulb but all of them are fine. When I use the alarm or turn the headlights on the red bulbs go on. I checked the fuse box but it says it's connected with the horn and it's still sounding off and is not blown. Any other suggestions? Maybe I'm overlooking a bulb?

The red bulbs that go on with the headlamps and alarm are a different set of filaments. So, you have made a false assumption...

Buy a pair of the proper bulbs (dual-filament), replace them, and let us know how you made out.
