My 2005 Fit would jump - like bunny hop - a warning engine light would come on then the car would stop. The issue was solved when I replaced all sparkplugs.
However, over the last week or so the car occasionally jumps when driving - just a single jerk then carries on fine. Would this be the starting of the same issue again or could it be something else? Thx - any info appreciated.

 

Check the spark plugs to make sure they are still tight.
