How many spark plugs? 4 or 8?

How many spark plugs? 4 or 8?
I have a 2009 Fit. I assumed thete were 4 plugs, but have seen on the internet some people saying my car has 8 spark plugs. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Plus, when ahold I change them initially? I've got 60000 miles on my car.

You only have 4.
