I want to get some new spark Plugs to help with the Gas. Any ideas what is good for the fit. I have a o9 fit, 24,500 miles. Please let me know what you have used to help your fit out.

Your efforts are better aimed at other vehicle systems, not the plugs. The Fit has plugs designed to last 105k miles, air filters, tires, weight, etc are more effective if harder to accomplish. I personally put E3 plugs in, found no benefit, had a rougher idle and changed back to the stock plugs. You may get other info from other posters but IMNSHO the stock plugs are what your Fit needs. If you insist in changing plugs use an NGK or Denso platinum plug, POSSIBLY a single heat range higher.
