Can't find the flasher fuse and relay

Help guys I just bought a used 2007 honda fit GD. I am from Philippines and my problem is the blinker and hazard light stop working and I can't find the flasher fuse and relay. Please help.

Relays and fuses are in an under bonnet fuse box, according to Haynes Manual. There is also a fuse box below the steering column (on RH drive vehicles).
