200k Preventive Maintenance

Okay, so my question is a bit different. My USDM GD 08 Fit Sport is at 193k miles and has had no repairs besides coil packs which were changed at 90k. The rest of the maintenance has always been fluids: full synthetic oil changes every 7500 miles. Transmission service from Honda every 50k miles (last at 169k), and a coolant flush which was done at 120k, and a valve adjustment around 110k. That's all I've ever done for maintenance. No parts besides coil packs replaced.

I've been hearing some whining/whistling noise on deceleration from the driver side area recently and I feel like something is on its way out. It seems speed variable, not sure if it's wheel bearing because it only happens on deceleration or downhill.

Now I know some parts are probably on their way out and I want to know what are some common preventative maintenance parts/items that I can take care of. What do you guys think? Any sensors, parts, etc that are probably at end of life?

Could be wheel bearing, the transmission, or CV joint.

I would check for grease to make sure your CV boot isn't leaking/torn.

Other than that, I'd stick with your 50k transmission fluid changes and hope for the best unless the noise gets to be significant.

I'll check the boots on my next oil change which is in a few weeks.

Let me explain the noise a little better. You know how our transmissions make a whine in reverse? Most cars have a noise of that reverse gear which has a whine. That's the type of noise I get on decel.
