shocks/camber/tires/wheels

What I guess is called the camber on the rear wheels is shaving down the inside of my tires. From what I'm being told, it seems Honda makes these things with some negative camber. If I'm at the point wear on the inside of the tread is worse, does that mean that the shocks or springs have faded to the point they should be replaced. I don't remember the first set of tires having this issue, and it seems like the wear started til the last year or two. The car is 10 years old with 125000 miles on it.

Start by getting an alignment at a good shop.

Springs can sag, and rubber suspension bushings can deteriorate. Shocks are an unlikely cause.
