Damn dude that sucks! Is that Colonial?? At least you're ok though, the Fit did its job. Let me know about those parts, you know I'm local so I can give some of those pieces a good home.

Back in 2005 a brand new Sentra with unlicensed driver rear ended my 79 Supra; my car had far more damage (exploded rear window, gas tank fell to the ground, and my seat fell back). That said, even at total loss Fit can preserve occupants much better than larger and "stronger" cars of the past.

If you have access to the Velocity Channel's Wheeler Dealers, check out Season 17 - Episode 2 of 10/11/2017 where they rebuild an '82 Supra. They kept it original, along with the iconic wheels and the result was really nice.

That's a shame as well. I wish other drivers loved their vehicles as much as we all do here. I still love the look of the Celica Supra generations from that era. My neighbors in an adjacent apartment bought a new '82 and I instantly fell in love with it, 5-Speed stick, inline 6 and all.
