Lifting my fit

Hello everyone. This is my first post on here. I’m sorry if this is a dumb question. I did try searching however I am not the most tech savvy person.

I am looking to lift my fit some. I found some cool spacers for the rear but what can I do in the front? Does anyone kno if different springs will work? Say lowering springs for a crv or stock accord/ civic springs

Are you converting to 4X4 as well? Just trying to figure why you want to lift a Fit. You want a higher center of gravity so it handles like crap?

You can get custom springs made from Swift or Ground Control but your shock is only so long.

A set of coil overs might be able to go higher then stock but I don't think so as most have them have shortened springs and shock bodies. Maybe you can email someone about it.

Thank u for the response. I will look into the customer springs. I didn’t think coil overs would do it either. Would make the ride stiffer but not sure about higher

Lol at the donk competition. There 16’s with a 205 55 16 tire with a 25 offset. They rub just a little in the rear. That’s what I want to go up about 1.5-2”

What about a lower profile tire? Or stretching a thinner tire if the rub is in the corners?

edit: how/where is it rubbing? Can you snap a pick or 2?

My wife surprised me with the rims and tires and of course they are non returnable. The rub the outer quarter. I’m sure I can just have the fenders rolled. However this is my everyday daily driver just don’t want to go crazy modifying it.

Does it only rub on dips? If so stiffer springs would help.

I am certain that getting a slight roll on your rear fenders would be a much less intrusive mod than raising your suspension 2".

I’ll check my local body shops about getting the fenders rolled.
