getting ready to change radiator hoses, but I don’t see the short hose that runs from filler cap to upper radiator on any parts websites. Any ideas?

I would imagine that most people are just using a generic hose for that application. I would take it off and run up to a parts store. Any hose with that 90 degree bend in that diameter would work. You could cut it to the right length.
