Are you sure? They list 07-08 and 09-10 separately. I figured they were just lazy when listing... or didn't know exactly the part. I'll probably will call WeaponR tomorrow. I wanted to find out what I needed with it anyway, like a CEL eliminator kit?

It is legit. It is not "technically" a header. It's a down pipe cat delete. When I get the money.........

hahahahaha, I have to pay for that hood we have in the works! But good for you, and more power to you... pun intended!

It should be plug-n-play, but you might need a defouler I recall to not get a check engine light. People with more knowledge in this area could probably be more helpful, or you could ask Weapon-R, I'm sure they would know for sure.

They had a dyno graph for this, it allegedly added 10HP.

unless it was purposely deleted by design... I can't find it either...

EDIT: Now I see it... on the weapon-r tho!!!

...so will the down pipe be a direct fit by itself without the cat-delete assembly?

I would not want to delete the primary cat as the secondary 02 sensor is what it is reading its A/F from. Deleting the secondary cat would not result in not needing to add in defoulers to trick the ECU. Now I would delete both if I had a tuning solution where the emissions crap could be turned off.

Hint hint Hondata, I know you all Google your name looking for who might be talking about you.

I know I sound like a broken record but all of these exhaust pieces can be made at your local muffler shop for much much cheaper down/test pipe should not be more than 100 at any muffler shop.

Same quality? WeaponR claims to have made several prototypes until they "got it right". When they first talked about it in their blog, they said it was amazing how much length/diameter, etc made a difference.

That's sweet looking but.. I will never not run cats on a daily driver again.

My Suburban hasn't had cats since before I bought it.. the exhaust is putrid. Wind blows the wrong way with the windows down and you get a good wif of it.

Fortunately there aren't many emissions controls on these cars that I can see... I'll deal with the cat until someone comes out with a good high flowing one for these cars.

It certainly wont be of the same quality but you could get it wrong 4+ times and still be ahead money wise. Or we could be real cheap and take a picture with us to the muffler shop for dimensions pure evil. I'm just so bored of IHE aftermarket support I'd love to see the ball rolling on something serious instead.
