help!! on HKS F-CON IS tuning
hi guys,
I just installed the hks turbo kit on my car along with hks f-con is piggyback, the problem is that when i go full throttle, the drive by wire thing on the car seems to close the throttle body, so the car blogg down. I am having a professional shop installed the kit, the shop owner saids that he installed a few of them and that didn't happen before. So I am pretty sure that the ETC is affecting some us who are going turbo or supercharge, anyone here has that problem before? any solution to that?
any input is welcome
Thank you in advance

Do you have the TPS voltage logged? How do you know the throttle plate is shutting?
How did you determine you aren't just knocking, leaking post turbo on the intake or pre-oxygen sensor on the exhaust side? or overrunning the MAP?
Have you removed the throttle controller and found the problem went away?

To the OP, I know having the car on and engine off is different from driving the car around, but at least you can check to see what your throttle body is doing, just take off the intercooler piping connecting to the throttle body and have someone step on your throttle to check that it is operating correctly.
Or the easier way without taking the piping off, just check the TPS through a scantool such as the scangauge, ultragauge or one of the many that connects to a laptop, such as scantol
If you think your ETC is the problem, you can also test your car with the ETC and without to see if that affects your TB/bogging issue in any way.
