2011 Fit Sport - Exhaust

Anyone have an HKS Hi-Power or Tanabe Touring Medallion exhaust on a 2011? If so, what part numbers did you purchase and how is the fitment? Any issues? Photos of the underside would be appreciated.

Black3sr, while I do appreciate your response, I believe you missed the point of my post. HKS only shows part #s for the 2007/ 2009 and Tanabe the 2008/ 2009. Your Fit is a 2009, which has a part number.

The 2011's aren't listed. I'm not familiar enough we these cars to know whether there have been any changes made to the vehicle in the past 2 years. I don't want to purchase the 2009 exhaust and find out I made a $336 mistake.

I was hoping to hear from 2011 owners with first-hand experience on these 2 exhausts.I do like the way the HKS looks on your Taffetta White Fit though

The 2011 models are the same generation as the 2009 models, i.e. GE8. Should work without any problems because there were no major changes since 2009. Just FYI.

I agree...

The 2011's are the same as the 09-10's so the HKS will fit.

It's an awesome, well made, great sounding and awesome looking exhaust!

Yes. It is just the rear muffler section no resonator as shown in pic. You just replace the muffler.

Here is pic of mine in box

I just put mine on today. I also have a 09 sport. It sounds perfect to me.. Not loud but you know it's there.. Fitment was perfect.. The only thing is that you have to reuse the gasket from the stock section. No parts needed.. Hope this helps

old pics from crappy phone LOL. I like that the muffler is nicely tucked and hidden, sexy double walled tip... a sleeper look
