GE8: MAF Mass Air Flow Sensor upgrade for more HP?

Hello Fellow Fit Owners

Hope you are well. Looking on the inside of my intake, the MAF takes up a large space in the intake. Thinking if the MAF was narrower it would allow more air flow and thus more HP. Did perform a search on this topic and didn't find anything though I do vaguely recall someone installing one (Jet?) and noticing a difference via butt dyno. Would anyone happen to have done this mod. and did a before and after dyno.?

I tried this on a 2015 but that is kinda off topic since youa re asking about an older Fit. (Larger Maf Sensor Modification). What's your thinking on an intake diameter that is narrower (smaller) than stock allowing more airflow, thus more horsepower? First I've heard of this.
