I need to sand it down, what kind of sand paper?
What kind of primer? (TW)
What kind of final coat?

Please help!

 

i'm all for doing-it-yourself, but seriously when i'm this clueless and i can't find a do-it-yourself guide or any other resource using google. i'd have a professional do it.

i'm also pretty sure there's also some paint mixing involved to get it to be an exact color match. even taffy white.
