Is there a big difference with these. I may do these for my moms 2013 Civic EX-L Navi. Shes been complaining that its harder to see at night (she's 65 shhh...lol) but the issue isn't her sight. She moved back to the Civic after being in Acura's from '00-'11. Most loyal Honda/Acura owners like me know that Honda head lights are WEAK as HELL. Don't add rain, it's just unsafe. I remember the worst Honda with weak headlights was my 98 Prelude SH with its H1 low & high beams that blew in months. I'll install the version 1 of these if you answer is big to huge difference.

Where are your fogs ? All I saw was the led 'lime yellow ' fogs but that was the part number I listed... Also are they still selling the 5k headlights? 7k is a little to blue for my liking, and living out in the country , and the 5k being a brighter light, that would be my best bet

Those are "simulated" pix. Could you do me a favor and pak in a place w/o street lights and take some shots from behind the wheel. I have a set of 3800k Nokyas in my Amazon cart. I appreciate you. Gonna install while shes at work so she turns them on wondering what the hell. I can SEE...LOL.

I used to run nokya artic white 7000k stage ones and not that bad. Put hella optilux extreme yellows a year ago in the fogs and still going strong and bright so just before winter November put them in the headlights also they work great the yellow lights up the country roads like daytime all with stock wattage will try to get a decent picture of the setup

I used to have the sliverstar ultras, one would go just before the year warranty, so, techincally one purchase would last me almost two years. I have PIAA intense white now, they dimmed after 6months.

High Beams:

They look white in the photos but they have a blue tint when you see them in person.

Just a heads up/question...

I believe 4300-5000k is going to give you the most light, as it is the brightest white.. Anything above that and you are losing output... I may be wrong but thats the way it is for HIDs

Youre not wrong. Notice a few posts u that i actually have 3800k on hold. those would be closest to stock hid color and/or the brightest of the bulb group offered.

Well I'm gonna see if I can get the 5k, if not the 7s will do, also is there any life expectancy difference between stage one and stage 2? As well as any more draw on the battery? I fit a 51r in there so that shouldn't be much of a problem.

The reviews on amazon on these bulbs are terrible.. But I guess for $40 with a harness they are worth a shot
