bike racks

Hi there,

I'm thinking of getting a bike rack.

its for 2-3 bikes....

very occasional use

any recommendations?

the kind which ties up to the rear hatch window - but I'm afraid it will scuff the rear spoiler.

don't want to go with root top method

or the under the rear bumper hitch, which I would need to have installed, then it stays forever

what do u think?

I have been a fan of Yakima racks for many years with my Subaru and Altima. Have you checked them out? Yakima | Car Racks

Hitch mount. It'll fit on your next car, your friend's car, the car you have after your next car...

And having a hitch will change the way you look at moving things.

I am a Thule fan. If you only wanted to attach to a rear hatch, may have a problem with the spoiler. I recommend a hitch with a hitch rack. Can't go wrong with Thule or Yakima.

Why not inside? this is a Fit after all.... I'm an avid cyclist and have both road and mountain bikes......they fit easily and nicely inside. 2 bikes fit easily, you could even fit 3 in there if you tried...

I prefer to keep my $$$ bikes inside where is nice and safe!

I have done this in the past and it's a great option. Here is my setup
