So, I was looking for a lower grille insert for my 2012 fit base model and could not find one for that year. Found some for older years and was wondering, anyone knows if it will fit the 2012 too? If it won't fit, anyone know where I could find one that fits or something else I could put there (or if i could rig the 2011 one to fit)? Just looking for something to put there as my air condition condenser was banged up and want to put something there to protect the new one I just got. Thanks!

heres a diy someone posted with steps on adding one.. he has a base bumper too.. will work same way.. you buy the grill and cut it to shape and place it behind.. I need to do this soon too

the grill in your ebay link looks like its for a Sport bumper... so I don't think it would fit your base fit
