Aftermarket seat mount GE and GD the same?

Aftermarket seat mount GE and GD the same?
Can anyone confirm this? I can't find a seat mount/base for my Sparco to go on GE. Sparco has one for 07+, but don't know if it'll fit.
UPDATE: Nope, they're two different bases and Sparco doesn't have one for 09+ yet.
