I have the 2010 Fit Sport with Navigation. I want to keep this head unit and install a small low profile subwoofer under the rear seats that is easily removable. Can anyone that has pulled this HU tell be if there is a subwoofer out jack or a pre-amp jack on back of unit. Do not want to pull if there is not one. Will have to install a amp/subwoofer combo of a existing door speaker.

In all of the years I worked as an installer I never came across an OEM H/U with any RCA outputs. You can always add an output with an LCA or line level converter.

 

What about the on/off wire for the amp? The one that is supposed to connect to the antena wire?

Any way to find a list of the colors of wires for the nav unit? I'm sure there is a ton back there.

 

That's correct. The switched wire that you use to turn the amp on is generally the power antenna wire. You can wire it to a simple ignition wire but you run the risk of pops if the amp ever comes on without the radio on. I would grab a harness from a shop so you can use it to see what wire is what. That way you don't rely on what the net says.
