Stock seats

I noticed on my first longer trip that the seats of the Fit aren't the greatest I have ever sat in. I have also noticed that aftermarket seats cause a person to deal with manipulating sensors. What if I got better 2012 factory Honda seats? Would they bolt up to my Fit brackets or is every seat (not bracket) proprietary to certain cars? Such as, Civic Si seats on Fit brackets. Has anyone tried anything like that?

Just a thought but aren't their side airbags in the seats? So not only would you have to know that the seats physically fit you'd have to wire them up as well. I'd be extremely wary of screwing with the airbags.

From what ive read here the Clazzios not only look good, they also add to seat comfort. And $250 for a full set of pvc covers that really look like leather is a steal i think.

I want to say that the Civic Si seats are plug and play as far as the airbags, not 100% on that though.

I would also like to know if the Si seats would be fully compatible airbag wise.

Clazzio's do add comfort, I just got my set and put the fronts on. Backs have to wait till I relocate my amplifiers, but they are not only much much better as far as looks they are very much more comfortable. I got the PvC/PvC black/black/black for $288 shipped from Bean Garage. Definitely worth every penny!

Very interesting. I never heard of Clazzio seat covers before. What I'm most interested in is if it adds any lateral/side support. Also, and excuse my ignorance, but what is PvC?

Thanks

I also think that the seats are very uncomfortable. I wish they had more lumbar support of some kind. I think the si seats would need to have custom brackets? Plus I wouldn't even know where to start looking for them?
