Hie everyone.there is a sound coming from the back of the headlight when it gets wet.what could be wrong.usually when its raining or after the car is cleaned

 

What does it sound like? When the car is running? Which side of the car? Did you open the hood and look?

 

It sounds like shhhhhhkkkkkkksshhhhkkk.its to the left side of the vehicle which is the passengers side.the sound changes loudness if i change the level on the headlight leveling adjuster switch inside the cabin or vehicle.
