Fuel injectors no pulse

Just replaced the engine on 2011 Honda Fit automatic transmission. The engine cranks but does not start. Fuel pressure is good, spark present. Fuel injectors do not pass any fuel. Managed to start it with the starting fluid. I'm going to check the pulse with NOID tool. Does the computer need to be reset after engine replacement? And if yes, how?
thank you

Plugged in a scan tool? See if there are any codes. Id look at the cam or crankshaft sensor not being plugged in. Honda TENDS to use one for spark and another for injector input. Just turning on the key will prime the fuel lines. CAREFULLY, check the fuel injector common wire for 12V from ignition(1 wire is same color at each injector - 12V, the one that changes color is the signal from PCM...same idea at coils).

Did you swap the PCM too? or just the motor? If the PCM was swapped, the key chip codes will need to be reprogrammed. With anti-theft keys, a common tactic is the PCM will cut fuel but allow spark just in case some fuel gets in the cylinder...to avoid sending raw fuel down to the cat.

Also, WHY did you swap the motor? Back story can be an important clue.

Old engine died. It was running and suddenly I've heard some slippage noise. I first thought it was a flat tire, but then the engine lost power and after I pulled over and tried to restart the engine, it was starting very weak for a sec or two and then dying. I tested the compression and it was not showing any. Mechanic that I took it to, said no compression and then BS-ed me about broke timing belt. But I looked at the prices for the engine repair and found LKQ engine with 33K miles for $484 and figured out I would be cheaper to replace the engine vs. rebuilding it.
I replaced just the engine block, transmission, PCM and all the accessories are original to the old engine. We tied the fuel pressure, pump was pushing fuel. We tested the spark, it was there. With exhaust manifold off and with starting fluid the engine was starting. We tried to check the fuel injectors and there was no power to them. Tested with NOIR testing tool. There is a strong possibility I might have plugged any of the multiple connectors not completely in but since I am a stupid idiot I did not take a picture of the connectors before I unplugged them, but made a bunch of the front and top pictures of the engine.
That is a story. However, in troubleshooting guide I saw one of the possibilities of fixing engine not igniting is PCM reset.
Any ideas are welcome. If there is a schematic of the engine wiring connectors with their approximate locations, that would be a great help.
Im also planning on going to pull a part yard and making a bunch of pics of the engine wiring to match with mine.

Chiltons has online manuals to cover the GK now. I believe it's like $30/year.. Once you have access you could just go through and download all the manuals relevant to your car and save them somewhere. I was able to find links on the web to login in the past, and gathered manuals for my brake assembly.

Alternately, the honda parts website has basic diagrams that may help, ie Fuel injector pump assembly.

I have an original service manual as well as a cheap Autozone version of it. None is dealing with the troubleshooting of the no pulse signal in fuel injectors.

Appears the problem was very simple but also strange. The battery was not connected for several weeks and the immobilizer unit lost connection with the key. Reprogramming the key did the job.
