Misfire ?

I have an 09 Sport with 90k miles. I have read almost every post on what might be a misfire happening. Coming to the conclusion that I need new spark plugs and coil packs. my question is, has ANYONE tried or is using E3 spark plugs? Thanks

I'm a firm believer in using OEM parts, in this case it would be Denso or NGK. Plugs and coils are such a pain in the ass to change on the second gen, might as well get the good stuff.

Do some shopping around. Coils can be found for about $28-30 each on Rock Auto and Amazon. OEM grade too, Hitachi and Denso.

Yeah, honestly the gimmicky sparkplugs like E3 and Bosch +4 only really matter in very specific tuned situations and even then are of questionable benefit. For a passenger car that isn't modified, having plugs in good condition and gapped correctly is what matters.

Denso or NGK are the best.
