The wife's 2008 fit threw a PO139 for bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor showing slow response. The car has a new catalytic convertor that was replaced end of 2019. I ordered a OEM style denso 234-4358

02 sensor and got it switched out. Car ran great for a few days and now CEL back on again with a PO139 yet again I have a scanner and pulled the codes but most of the data is in mode 06 which I cant translate. I will attach photos of data I was able to pull from the computer. Only active code is the 139. I checked both oxygen sensor readings to compare and both show a failure on the 3rd test. I cant Id the test bc it's in mode 06 code. Any help or advice to help me figure this out and fix this thing would be appreciated thanks!!
