I recently purchased a 2012 Fit, Sport model with 80 K miles. I tow it behind my motorhome and really like the little guy. I realize it has a short wheelbase and all but should it “hop” over expansion joints and other bumps in the road? I’m trying to decide if It need bilsteins or if this is normal.

Kick things off with an alignment inspection if there's concern. I know a couple places do them for free.
Not fully understanding the hop I can say that I've noticed no anomalies with road irregularities.
