Hello!
I have two factory key fobs for my 2009 Fit Sport.
One fob works normally.

The other will unlock/lock the car, but will only turn over the engine. It will not stay running and the key light on the dashboard lights up.

I've tried the fob reprogramming technique but it didn't work. (Turn key to 2nd position, press lock...3 times...all that).

I tried resetting the fob by pressing the unlock and lock buttons at the same time (waiting for the light to blink) but the light remains off.

I'm going to try removing the battery and see if it resets this way but I wanted to post here to see if there was something I was missing.

This is not an OEM fob

That technique only programs the keyless entry buttons you gotta take it to honda or a locksmith to program the immobilizer
