seat cover removal
For anyone wondering... they are "not" removable. The backrest zips up but the face of the seat( the part you sit on) has adhesive on the back of the cloth. It has adhesive through all the indented seams as well as spray adhesive on the back face of the cloth along the bolsters. An i assume the backrest as well. I suppose you can remove it but you will risk tearing off foam and having lumps in your seats upon reinstallation. I didnt even try removing the bottom portion of the seat because it seems like its the same thing.
I wanted to remove it to repair a ripped back pocket as well as take the opportunity to wash them in the laundry. I remember doing this to a ford ranger with split seats, with great results. Looks like im SOL and ill have to rent a dirty ass rug doctor.
