2009 MT- wheel speed sensor replacement?

My ABS light came on in my 2009 about 2 months ago. I had it checked at an Advance Auto Parts and at a mechanics and they both said that the wheel speed sensor needs to be replaced.

The mechanic quoted me about $250 to get it replaced, saying that the part was about $140. I also asked the Honda dealership how much it would be and they said just the part would be $275 (!!! I only asked because my car will be in for the drive shaft recall anyway).

When I searched for the part online I have found the prices to be all over the place, from $20 to $300.

Any idea why the price is so variable? Does anyone have recommendations for where I can get the part at a good price?

Buy OEM, buy once. There's a reason the Honda stuff is expensive, is because it's the best. Aftermarket vendors like Dorman or BWD suck, you'll get what you pay for.

Wrecking yard replacement? You get oem quality @ a used part price.
