Is it possible todo a Valve Adjustment without removong the cowling? I saw a post on a different group showing his valve cover off ready to do valves and cowling was still in place. Do you need stick figure arms to do that?

 

I think it's possible. But most people do the cowling so they can check the plugs at the same time. It's not very difficult, and worth taking off.
