Coolant and brake fluid change interval?

I have a 2008 I bought 6 years ago -- I've done regular oil changes and changed the transmission fluid but that's it. Pretty sure the dealer put new brake fluid in when I bought it, not sure about coolant.
It had 55k when I bought it, only 72k now -- should I flush the brakes and coolant now? It doesn't need new brake pads yet... valves are noisy at startup but quiet down when warm so not sure if they need adjusting or not. Couldn't determine if coolant test strips are worth trying or not...
thanks for any insight

Brake fluid is every 3 years regardless of mileage. You can change just the fluid, no need to touch the pads/rotors while doing it.

Ok thanks. I know I don't have to touch the pads to change fluid, I just wasn't sure it was worth changing the fluid before changing pads, but I'll change the fluid in the next month or so probably along with the coolant when I do my oil change.

Like Frenzal said, 3 years is the industry standard (that I know of) for brake and clutch fluids. I do same for coolant.
