2011 Auto Sport whining sound
2011 Automatic Sport makes a cycling whining noise when slowing down. Once the speed drops to 20, you here it whine with the pitch going down, then at about 15, it repeats again. Using the paddle shifters, I have gone up and down through the gears while slowing down and the change of gears does not change the sound. Transmission fluid is full and pink. Cannot replicate the sound in neutral. Is this normal engine noise or something else?
If you're confident that the fault is directly associated with vehicle speeds and is unaffected by rpm/gear then you can limit your search area to the CV shafts, brakes/rotors, wheel bearings, and tires. I'm pretty sure that's it
unless you think it's a wind thing.
Do any of those sound likely?
