Thumping noise

My car makes a thumping noise going over 20 mph but only stops going uner 20MPH or when i take left turns does anyone know what this could be

Plastic under tray flapping in the wind? Defective tire? Bad CV joint?

Do you know where the noise is coming from on the car? Maybe one particular corner?
