Can you replace front wheel lug studs without
removing the wheel hub

I just looked it up in the FSM. The procedure is to remove the hub... not sure if it is possible, but it is not Honda's procedure.

Yes it is possible to install studs without removing the hub. I have done it on my son's 2008 Sport. File a small flat spot on one side of the stud's flange so it clears and it will slip right in.
