Gotta be a relay or fuse?! When I turn them on intermittent they do about one and a half wipes and stop somewhere on the windshield. They will end up more or less in the proper place after 5 to to 8 times I flick them on. Regular speed seems to work and fast speed stays the same as regular speed. Weird. I can't imagine I'm the first. Thanks.
