Dashboard Phone Mount
I don't have a 2011 but this was the top-rated one by Wirecutter. I have it on my 2016 and it works well.
Dash mount
IT's the iOttie iTap Magnetic 2
FYI if you hit a big bump the phone may tilt a little. So when I put the phone on it I have the side of the phone resting on the dash so it doesn't move around.

I used a
for my iPhone. I find it has the perfect visibility and still able to connect the lightning cable in the upper glove box.

Phone mount for 2009
I have an I-phone 11 SE and use a mount made by Pro clip USA , very sturdy and secure it mounts to the A- pillar with one piece then has a separate part that holds your phone , they are connected by a ball/swivel mount . Fairly easy to install . A bit more pricey than some mounts but way more solid.

I use my phone for navigation with Google maps in landscape mode, and use this clamshell mount for that purpose. But I have to mount the phone far left of center to keep the power button on the side from being blocked.
