That's.. my car I think. it's a knock-off t-rev. secondary pcv valve purposed for creating negative crankcase pressure. I don't recall making a video but.. thats my mounting location, colors, hose clamps, ect.

Is your car blue?

What did you accomplish by adding this system?

no oil in throttlebody, feel akin to, i'm told, a lightened flywheel.
It reduces the amount of engine braking that takes place when the clutch is disengaged during shifting.
Don't jump on me for a misstep in speaking here I'm sensitive about my mod - which lacks a measured or explained performance descrip. from the manufacturer.

I will have to look more closely at the PVC routing, but are you sure the outlet for the PVC is upstream from the throttle body? I understand the principals behind the mod, and agree that drawing a slight vacuum (aka neg pressure) can help reduce back pressure and pumping losses. I was just curious if you noticed anything as the mod is likely much more effective during extreme (racing) conditions.

The EPA mandates a lot of things that likely cut down on engine longevity and performance, so I don't doubt that there are some mods out there that the EPA might not be fond of, but work well to improve performance.

It came with specific instructions to use a separate pcv line from the one the factory valve is in. Taps into the one that goes to the airbox. I'll post up two or three pictures showing routing.
I didn't find any claims about a cleaner throttle body, and it wasn't something I was l was looking for. Really I'm unsure if that's a benefit, because I'm pretty sure it means all the blow-by gook stays in the oil. That would probably be a pro if I increased frequency of my oil services.

The other negative I see for this device is the junky little air filter, but man, I shopped and shopped for a higher quality one.

With regards to effects, I do notice a stark difference every time I press the clutch pedal down, as well as when I let off the throttle fully while in gear - moreso at higher rpms.
If not for that, I would have chucked the thing under the premise that I don't know whether I'm doing harm or good.

Amatuer hour! Subject: hose routing.

First time soldering copper pipe. painted it black, only thing that sucked besides my work was fitting it into the rubber grommet on the air box. I'd love to find another grommet but don't know the nomenclature to look one up.

just goes from the valve cover to the valve, to the air box.

^Nice! Very interesting there is that much pressure in the engine under normal operating conditions. There are many claims of 3-4% pump in power due to the gain in efficiency. Thanks for sharing.
