Radiator fan switch

Have a honda jazz year 2013 that got hot and leaking in the radiator, replaced the radiator and thermostat, but the radiator fan does not work? and I can't find the location of the cooler fan switch, is it the one at the bottom of the cooler?

Fan relays

The fan relays are in a black box under the battery (not under but near the bottom). The ac relay is also there. Clay

I have found the relay for both fans under the battery, but are there sensors other than the one at the bottom of the cooler/radiator that causes the fans to start?
Thank you Best regards Erik.

The "base" fan is engine temperature controlled and is automatically turned on at a set temp..The secondary a/c fan comes on and is controlled when the a/c is turned on.
There is more info available on the downloaded factory shop manual on this site.

This confused me also. Thought my car was also broken when I first got it.
