Hello, I need to replace my Steering Wheel Airbag on my 2013 Honda Fit Base. Dealer provided part# 77810-TK6-A20ZA.

However, Im reading online that 2013-2015 Civic models may be interchangeable. Part# 77810-TR6-A80ZA or 77810-TR6-A90ZA.

Can someone please confirm these airbags are interchangeable and if there are any differences in functionality between part #s? Would be interested to hear from people who swapped these out. Thank you!

Side question: how many airbag sensors are there for the steering wheel and location? Thanks

 

Why don't you call a local to you auto wrecking yard and ask them to use their interchange guide to confirm what interchanges with your 2013 Fit base? This seems to be the most accurate way of finding out.

Yes I found out the Civic and Honda Fit airbags dont even look the same.

Another question: Would a Honda Jazz airbag work on a Honda Fit? Plug n Play? Anyone ever tried?

The Jazz and Fit are the exact same vehicles. Just different names for different markets. The Jazz was marketed for Europe only.

 

im more concerned about the software part and if its plug n play or needs to be re-programmed for US market.
